Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Business Administrator to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore 7622 - Gilbert. As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounting functions: Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and provide timely reporting to management.
  • Implement internal controls: Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable: Minimize delays and errors by efficiently managing these processes.
  • Monitor cash flow: Maintain optimal cash and funding balances to ensure the company's financial health.
  • Perform additional duties: Assist with tasks as needed, such as preparing financial statements and providing reporting to management.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Desktop, and spreadsheets like Excel.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, cost accounting, and GAAP.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
