AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Model Developer to join our team at Starr Insurance Companies.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop advanced generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and transformers, to drive business growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into our enterprise platforms and existing applications.
- Develop and maintain large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity for model training and evaluation.
- Assess and evaluate AI model performance, designing and implementing evaluation metrics and refining models for optimal results.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop AI solutions that meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and technology, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
- Strong background in AI, machine learning, and deep learning concepts and frameworks.
- Experience with Python programming and proficiency in TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field. Master's degree preferred but not necessary.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
