We are seeking a talented AI Solutions Engineer to join our innovative team at The E Group. This role is essential in driving our initiatives around artificial intelligence and enhancing our operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Development:
- Engage with diverse teams to pinpoint business challenges and convert them into actionable machine learning projects.
- Design, construct, and refine machine learning models and algorithms tailored for various applications.
- Handle extensive datasets, ensuring thorough cleaning and preprocessing for effective model training and validation.
- Maintain data quality and integrity to support precise model predictions.
- Establish and oversee machine learning environments, utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, along with cloud platforms.
- Conduct machine learning experiments, performing rigorous testing and evaluation to assess model performance and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with software development teams to implement machine learning models in production settings and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in machine learning, exploring new methodologies and technologies to improve our solutions.
- Thoroughly document your work, including model architectures, methodologies, and outcomes.
- Effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms.
- Strong proficiency in Python and well-known machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms for model deployment and management.
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Knowledge of advanced deep learning architectures and techniques.
- Prior involvement in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision projects.
- Understanding of version control systems like Git.
