We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to serve as the Regional Chief Information Officer (RCIO) for our Mountain Region. The RCIO will be responsible for leading the strategy and direction of IT in the region, ensuring that technology is a source of competitive advantage. This role will be the main interface between IT and the Region Executive Team, and will work closely with national IT leaders to deliver technology solutions that meet the needs of the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the region's business goals and objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions that improve cost effectiveness, healthcare service quality, and business development opportunities.
- Partner with leadership across the Ministry to support the vision, mission, values, and related business goals and objectives of CommonSpirit Health.
- Ensure seamless value delivery by evangelizing, owning, and driving digital, application, and infrastructure enterprise and local initiatives.
- Develop and maintain an appropriate organizational structure and staffing model, capable of supporting the business and operational needs of the facilities within the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in executive IT leadership in a healthcare environment.
- Deep understanding of a broad range of technologies and the mastery of applying technology to deliver differentiated value to CommonSpirit's consumers, patients, physicians, clinicians, and employees.
