We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Cogent Analytics. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support and sales services to our customers in the paper industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and sales services to customers in the paper industry.
- Participate in on-site sales and gear inspections to develop technical knowledge and effectively communicate products and services to customers.
- Responsible for making in-person visits to prospects and existing customers, generating leads and quotes, and closing sales.
- Document and track progress for new and existing business opportunities, and maintain accurate records of all interactions with new and existing customers.
- Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the PTS team.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in the paper industry.
- Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
- Good sense of smell, hearing, and vision, as these are vital for safety in the shop and main office.
