Job Title: Orthopedic Surgeon - Hip and Knee Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team at HealthOp Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier medical and surgical care to adults experiencing musculoskeletal issues primarily pertaining to the hip and knee joints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and Treat: Diagnose and treat a range of conditions related to hip and knee joints, using both surgical and nonsurgical methods.
  • Consult with Patients: Consult with patients to formulate the most effective treatment plan, taking into consideration various factors such as medical history, age, lifestyle, and profession.
  • Conduct Routine Follow-ups: Conduct routine follow-ups with patients to monitor their recovery, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Perform Surgery: Perform surgery, implant prosthetics, and carry out other forms of intervention to alleviate pain and improve the patients' quality of life.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive post-op care.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in hip and knee reconstructive surgery, incorporating new techniques and technologies into practice where applicable.
  • Maintain Patient Records: Maintain patient records and documents procedures meticulously.
  • Participate in Research: Participate in research studies and attending conferences regularly to enhance professional knowledge and expertise.
  • Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care, potential risks, and precautions.
  • Compliance and Quality: Adhere to all local and national medical guidelines and protocols, enforcing cleanliness, safety, and the highest standards of patient care.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification: Board Certified
  • Residency/Fellowship Training: Residency/Fellowship Training in Recon Surgery (Knee & Hip)
  • State License: AZ State MD/DO License (Or able to obtain)
