Customer Service Director

In this critical role, you will lead a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service experiences that drive customer loyalty and retention. As a seasoned leader, you will set clear goals and expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key qualifications include:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Analytical skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
