Qualifications for Wealth Management Consultant:
- Must possess an active State Life and Health License.
- Required to hold an active Series 65 or 66 license, or be willing to obtain the Series 65 within 30 days of hire.
- Previous experience in financial planning, wealth advising, or life and annuity sales is essential.
- Proven ability to engage with High-Quality Prospects (HQP) possessing investable assets between $500k and $5M.
- Self-driven and motivated to surpass sales goals and achieve significant earnings (W2 on-target earnings Year 1: $135,000, Year 2: $200,000+, with Senior Advisors earning between $400k and $1M based on performance).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours, including 2 to 4 evenings per week, to meet client needs.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to manage a team effectively, ensuring collaboration and outstanding results.
- Commitment to continuous learning about financial products and market trends to provide informed advice to clients.

Role of Wealth Management Consultant:
We are in search of exceptional candidates with a strong sales orientation to fill the role of Wealth Management Consultant. This is a premier position for motivated individuals who excel in sales and are committed to delivering outstanding financial services. Responsibilities of Wealth Management Consultant:
- Engage with HQPs to understand their financial objectives and retirement aspirations, converting them into High-Quality Clients (HQC).
- Conduct educational seminars for potential clients (organized through the firm's marketing efforts) to introduce our services and invite them for personalized advisory meetings.
- Utilize public speaking skills to effectively educate clients on the most suitable service options.
- Provide personalized financial solutions to HQCs while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Devote over 80% of working hours to sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, and relationship building.
- Limit administrative tasks to less than 20% of working time, focusing on client engagement.
- Lead a team that includes an Account Manager (AM) to manage paperwork and assist with plan preparation. As the consultant's client base grows, collaborate with a Junior Planner (JP) to manage reviews and smaller clients, allowing the consultant to concentrate on larger opportunities.
- Address client concerns and provide guidance to the team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Teach courses designed to attract and engage HQPs.
