Job Summary

We are seeking a Tax Advisor to join our team, responsible for tax preparation, compliance, and advising clients on tax planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare individual and business tax returns, including c-corps, s-corps, and partnerships.
  • Develop skills and knowledge to increase complexity and types of returns completed.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, demonstrating knowledge of each client's business and finances.
  • Provide or assist with accounting services, including bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, etc.
  • Identify, research, and resolve tax issues.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience preparing a variety of tax returns.
  • Understanding of practices, theories, and policies related to taxes and accounting.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree Preferred.
  • EA or CPA desired (or actively working towards licensure).
