Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team at the Center for Human Development. As a key partner in our innovative initiative, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our primary care providers to deliver integrated mental health and primary care services.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to bring your passion and expertise to a paradigm-changing approach to mental health care. You will work in a team-based model, providing assessments, treatment, and care linkages and coordination. Your experience in harm reduction, peer support, and case management will be valuable assets to our team.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in mental health care and a commitment to delivering high-quality services. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred. You must be comfortable with autonomy and enthusiastic about contributing to a team that prioritizes providing an exceptional experience to our clients and each other.
