Clinical Nurse Specialist

Swedish Health Services is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care for patients with ileostomies, colostomies, and urinary diversions.
About the Role:- Assess patients with ileostomies, colostomies, and urinary diversions to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Develop and maintain expertise in wound, ostomy, and continence care, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.
