Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Providence Swedish Medical Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to assigned patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of experience in a clinic or acute care setting.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
