Position Overview

The Customer Relationship Banker provides exceptional service at FirstBank by ensuring precise and effective transaction handling, identifying and fulfilling customer requirements, and adeptly promoting banking products and services through the Bank's needs assessment approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recognize customer requirements and offer suitable advice and insights when suggesting and clarifying banking products and services, adhering to established protocols, brand principles, and service expectations; direct customers to relevant Bank partners as necessary.
  • Assist clients with their transactional requests in line with established protocols, brand principles, and service expectations, including addressing basic and complex customer inquiries regarding account balances, transaction histories, service fees, interest rates, and more as applicable.
  • Support the Financial Center Manager in operations by performing duties as a Teller or Teller Manager and Financial Service Representative when required.
  • Develop relationships with local businesses and individual clients, achieving personal and branch objectives for new accounts and teller operations.
  • Exemplify consistent, exceptional service to all clients while delivering the FirstBank customer experience.
  • Uphold and promote safe and sound banking practices, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations, internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; follow security protocols diligently.
  • Maintain regular and dependable attendance.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Experience
  • A minimum of one year of experience, preferably in banking.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Notary certification is preferred.
