Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Randstad is seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for producing and assembling products according to specifications, operating and maintaining machinery, and ensuring production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and assemble products according to specifications
  • Operate and maintain machinery to ensure production standards are met
  • Finalize products and prepare them for shipping
  • Work in a smoke-free environment
  • Wear steel-toe shoes
  • Work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
  • Manual lifting up to 40lbs
  • Standing for 12 hours at one time

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience level: Experienced

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $17 - $17.5 per hour
  • Second shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (based on eligibility)
