Food Services Associate

We are seeking a skilled Food Services Associate to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items using approved recipes and following proper food handling techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare food items using approved recipes and production sheets
- Observe routine work schedules and follow departmental procedures
- Carry out assigned and planned tasks to completion
- Exercise initiative and sound judgment in daily duties
- Prioritize and correct problems as needed
- Maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils in a sanitary manner
- Follow HACCP and OSHA standards in daily tasks
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Vocational training in quantity food preparation and sanitation preferred
- Minimum one year's previous food service cooking experience in a healthcare facility, institution, or full-service restaurant
