Product Development Associate

As a key member of our team, the Associate Product Developer will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development and execution of our product lines. This role will be responsible for managing the product development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee best-in-class quality, on-time execution, and meeting margin goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Pattern/Tech Design to generate accurate and complete technical specification packages.
- Coordinate with Fabric/Wash teams to engineer high-quality, cost-effective products.
- Manage garment sampling orders and track development and product sampling activities to meet calendar due dates.
- Evaluate and submit development product costing in adherence to critical calendar milestones and margin goals.
- Partner with Design on seasonal line development to ensure alignment throughout the development process.
- Identify and assess best mill sources/vendor partners to enable category growth, new product opportunities, and market innovation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in Apparel product development/sourcing/manufacturing.
- 3+ years' experience of in-depth apparel industry knowledge, particularly in Denim.
- Experience working in medium-large companies interacting with cross-functional teams.
- University degree or equivalent.
- High proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal/written/interpersonal communication skills.
- Result-driven, 'can-do' attitude, service-oriented team player.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
