The estimated annual salary for this position is $76,000, based on a five-step range with opportunities for advancement. Salary rates are reviewed annually.

Job Description">

This Administrative Assistant role will support the Employee Services and Organizational Development Unit in Operations, working closely with County Human Resources and the Auditor Controller's Office. Key responsibilities include payroll time entry, review, and adjustments; timekeeping guidance, training, and corrections; personnel action processing, leaves calculation, and tracking; and form administration for Conflict of Interest and Credentialing policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

We seek an experienced administrative professional with two years of responsible technical or administrative clerical experience, including experience working in personnel administration. Equivalent education may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis. Possession of a valid California Driver's License is required.
