Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at HeadsUp Healthcare. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will be responsible for supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage financial data entry functions using QuickBooks and other proprietary systems.
  • Verify and maintain the accuracy of patient medical information for billing purposes.
  • Manage incoming mail and distribute it to various departments as required.
  • Perform outbound calls to provider offices and clients as assigned.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties and assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook and all other Microsoft Office business essentials.
  • Adaptability to technological changes and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Understanding and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting.
  • Experience with identifying and processing medical and dental financial documents.
