Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and maintaining the integrity of our documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the global registration of pesticides by preparing various certificates and official documents.
  • Oversee the timely processing of certificates through relevant governmental bodies.
  • Manage the layout of pesticide labels for business-to-business transactions.
  • Keep precise records and database entries for all label versions and modifications.
  • Exhibit flexibility and support in prioritizing label workload schedules, adjusting as necessary.
  • Communicate updates on work progress to stakeholders, proactively identifying solutions to meet their requirements.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in regulated industries. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in software applications such as Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word is required.

Compensation

The pay rate for this position ranges from $50/hr to $60/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
