  • Input data into legal documents and investment agreements for processing.

  • Extract and input legal and compliance data from contracts into relevant databases.
  • Prepare necessary regulatory submissions and assist with various compliance-related tasks.

Qualifications:

Applicants should demonstrate a strong academic background, proficient computer skills (including Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.

Additionally, candidates must possess exceptional organizational skills, the capability to manage multiple deadlines, and the aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking. Minimum Requirements:

Education: An Associate's degree or equivalent is required, providing foundational analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant experience is necessary, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
