About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our Hospice Care team, where you will play a vital role in providing holistic care to patients and their families. As a Clinical Nurse 2 Colleague, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interprofessional healthcare team, and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care, addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
  • Engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and research.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of New Jersey.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
