Retail Sales Representative

We are offering a $3,000 Sign On Bonus for external candidates, including this location. This bonus is paid out in increments of $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, and $2,000 at 1 year of service. Internal employees are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities:- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
- Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to be available when customers need us.
- Be flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment to stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we will provide training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.
- Earn between $18.22 and $21.92 per hour, plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met.
- With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year.
