About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to join our team at Primark - US. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Associates and Team Leaders to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Associates and Team Leaders to achieve sales targets and maintain high store standards
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandise to maximize sales and minimize waste
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $63,000 - $77,000, depending on experience and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
