Senior Management Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Management Analyst to join our team at the Department of the Treasury. As a key member of our Large Business and International Division, you will play a critical role in driving business solutions and program management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute work assignments for subordinates, setting priorities and schedules for completion.
- Assign tasks to team members based on priorities, considering the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
- Evaluate work performance and make recommendations for recognition or disciplinary action.
- Provide guidance, advice, and instruction to employees on work and administrative matters.
- Interview candidates for positions and recommend appointments, promotions, or reassignments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One year of specialized experience in management/leadership, including experience with project/program management, team lead, or technical advisor roles.
- Experience applying regulations, guidance, and principles to oversee program planning, development, and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
