About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Analyst to join our team at the Department of the Treasury. As a key member of our Large Business and International Division, you will play a critical role in driving business solutions and program management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute work assignments for subordinates, setting priorities and schedules for completion.
  • Assign tasks to team members based on priorities, considering difficulty and requirements of assignments, and employee capabilities.
  • Evaluate work performance and make recommendations for recognition or disciplinary action.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and counsel to employees on work and administrative matters.
  • Interview candidates for positions and recommend appointments, promotions, or reassignments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One year of specialized experience in management/leadership, including applying management techniques, methods, theories, principles, or labor relations concepts.
  • Experience managing resources, providing support to managers, mentoring team members, and providing day-to-day guidance, training, and oversight.
  • Experience applying regulations, official guidance, and principles, including the latest procedures and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers.
