We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Analyst to join our team at the Department of the Treasury. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating the work of subordinates, as well as providing guidance and advice on administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate work assignments for subordinates, setting priorities and schedules for completion.
  • Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, considering the difficulty and requirements of assignments, as well as the capabilities of employees.
  • Evaluate work performance of subordinates and make recommendations for recognition or disciplinary action.
  • Provide guidance and advice on administrative matters, including interviewing candidates for positions and recommending appointments, promotions, or reassignments.
  • Lead project assignments that require a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have at least one year of specialized experience in a management or leadership position, demonstrating the required managerial skills and technical competence. This experience should include managing resources, providing support to managers, mentoring team members, and providing day-to-day guidance, training, and oversight of peers or others.
