Sales Development Manager

Job Overview
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional looking to grow their career in new business development and customer relationships. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding sales by acquiring and developing new customers within an assigned territory or market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase sales revenue and expand the customer base
- Broaden existing customer relationships to enhance profit margins and sales value/volume
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of recent experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience working with CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline
- A strong understanding of sales principles, including new business development and account management
