Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Manage guest registration and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all telephone interactions.
  • Actively listen to guests to anticipate their needs and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance in public areas and the hotel office.
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to enhance revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of guest accounts.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
  • Adhere to the hotel's standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Assist in maintaining safety protocols for guests and team members.
  • Prepare departmental reports as required.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve operational efficiency.
  • Deliver requested amenities and provide general assistance to guests.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
