Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track production schedules, materials inventories, and progress to identify potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production reports to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, design engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
  • Identify and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing methodologies and Raytheon Technologies (RTX) CORE.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in scheduling, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Experience with SAP, PRISM, CMES, and/or Wavetrak.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
