Job Summary:
Raytheon Technologies is seeking an Electrical Engineer I to join our Sensor Power and Analog Design team. As an Electrical Engineer I, you will work closely with a team of engineers to develop designs based on requirements, operational specifications, and RTX guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion, analog circuitry or servo/motor control systems
- Provide support to production, integration, and test activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Execute to program schedules on time and budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major
- Coursework in Analog Electronics, Power Electronics/Systems, or Control Systems
- Knowledge of modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar computer-based tools
- 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
Preferred Qualifications:
- ABET accreditation
- 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures
- Demonstrated ability to work with colleagues who represent a diversity of work and conflict resolution styles
