Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier - Holiday Seasonal to join our team at our Bethesda location. As a Cashier, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns/exchanges.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging store environment, ensuring the cash wrap area is visually appealing and well-stocked.
  • Engage with customers, offering personalized service and making product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate a POS system and lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
