Job Summary

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at our Montgomery Mall boutique during the holiday season. As the welcoming face of our retail boutique, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering complimentary coffee tastings, and helping with boutique operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and Engage: Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers, making them feel valued and eager to return.
  • Listen and Learn: Understand customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions, showcasing your knowledge.
  • Customer Obsessed: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium experience for everyone.
  • Brand Advocate: Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through the power of coffee.
  • Share Knowledge: Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and engage customers by sharing the captivating stories behind our exceptional coffee while offering coffee tastings.
  • Operations and Safety: Maintain a beautiful boutique environment, assisting with shipments, keeping the coffee wall stocked, and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Team Collaboration and Respect: Proactively support and collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and successful work environment.
