Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage with large enterprise companies and mid-market organizations to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sales and recruitment, with a proven track record of success in the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the Professional Staffing and Managed Services space.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Desired Skills:
