Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the evaluation, analysis, and execution of capital markets transactions to provide adequate funding and maintain financial flexibility.
  • Monitor and report on debt covenants, interest expense, share repurchases, dividends, investment portfolio performance, and hedging exposure.
  • Make recommendations for investing excess cash in accordance with our investment policy.
  • Support analysis of corporate finance topics such as capital structure, cost of capital, shareholder distributions, and rating agency framework.
  • Prepare materials and presentations for senior management and Board audiences.
  • Risk Management: assist in maintaining our corporate insurance programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years related corporate finance, capital markets, and/or treasury experience.
  • Knowledge of financial statements and GAAP.
  • Project management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to create financial models, forecasts, and analyses.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a growing team environment as required.
  • Partnership - able to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (banks, rating agencies, investment managers, etc.).
