Job Title: Personal Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our team at The Jonus Group. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, fostering strong relationships, and delivering top-notch insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive servicing for a book of business, including new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Prequalify and analyze prospects' coverage needs to understand their insurance requirements.
  • Gather necessary information to prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients regarding available coverage options.
  • Review and assess the current coverages of existing clients, recommending updates and changes as needed.
  • Process policy renewals, ensuring clients are informed about upcoming renewals and options.
  • Remarket policies when necessary to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
  • Assist clients in making coverage changes, endorsements, and policy updates.
  • Handle all service requests promptly and efficiently, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage direct-billed payments and billing inquiries on behalf of clients.
  • Provide clients with assistance and clarification regarding billing questions and issues.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Knowledge and understanding of various insurance coverages, policies, and terms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to convey complex insurance information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Keen attention to detail when reviewing policies and documents.
  • Ability to analyze complex insurance situations and propose effective solutions.
  • Holds an active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
  • Previous standard personal lines experience is required.
Preferred Agency Management System Experience:
  • EPIC
  • 3+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Above average computer skills with the capacity to master essential software programs.
