Environmental Health Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health Manager to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb. As a key member of our EHS team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and sustainability of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support day-to-day activities in operational functions across the Bothell campus, including Commercial and/or Clinical drug substance manufacturing, Site Engineering & Facilities, Warehouse, Quality Control laboratories, and Cell Therapy manufacturing.
- Provide technical support and oversight in relation to EHS programs and activities on-site.
- Coach team members and operation leaders to enable them to successfully deploy and empower ownership of EHS best practices.
- Accountable for EHS regulatory preparedness and participate in self-assessments and audits.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of five (5) plus years of experience working in the EHS field within a manufacturing or R&D environment in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- A minimum of 3 years project management.
- Investigation experience with strong root cause analysis skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Bristol-Myers Squibb offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary range of $92,000 to $121,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
