About the Role

FusionTech is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our technical building services team in the area of supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the independent and responsible coordination, supervision, and quality control of trades on the construction site.
  • Schedule Management: Create and monitor construction schedules, verify measurements, and control costs.
  • Service Acceptance: Accept construction services, identify defects, and track timely defect remediation.
  • Interface Management: Manage interfaces between the planning team and all construction site participants.
  • Documentation: Maintain the construction diary and ensure comprehensive documentation.
About You
  • Education: Completed degree (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma) or technician/master's degree in the field of supply or building technology.
  • Experience: Ideally several years of professional experience in the field of object monitoring.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Project, proficiency in VOB, LBO, MLAR, and HOAI.
  • Personal Qualities: Comprehensive understanding of technology, complex relationships, and knowledge of the planning process, entrepreneurial thinking, sense of responsibility, teamwork, and initiative.
  • Work Style: Commitment, dynamic work style, and comprehensive organizational skills for complex structures and processes.
