Key Responsibilities
  • HR Generalist Support: Provide HR generalist and business partner support to assigned client groups, responding to HR inquiries, assisting employees and managers with employee relations issues, interpreting and administering corporate policies, and assisting with performance management, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Performance Management: Partner with assigned leadership to drive performance management and talent development, helping to create an engaging and performance-driven culture.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with talent acquisition during the full life cycle recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers during the interview and candidate selection process, managing the offer process, ensuring successful execution of the pre-boarding process, and assisting with new hire onboarding.
  • Employee Engagement: Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
  • HR Policy Guidance: Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to employees and management.
  • HR Operations: Lead and participate in various HR continuous improvement initiatives and projects, working either independently, cross-functionally, or within the broader HR function.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related program.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner.
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency (verbal and written) in English and Spanish.
  • Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of all functional areas in human resources as well as policies, procedures, and best practices; exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills; strong business acumen and attention to detail; exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
