Job Summary

Scott & Crosby Staffing, Inc. is seeking a seasoned healthcare professional to fill the role of Director of Cardiovascular Operations. This is a leadership position that requires a strong background in healthcare management, with a focus on cardiovascular services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct all aspects of cardiovascular operations, including staff management, policy development, and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the cardiovascular service line.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cardiovascular services with other hospital departments.
  • Develop and maintain accreditation and accountability for the cardiovascular program.
  • Prepare and manage the program's budget and productivity metrics.
Requirements
  • Seven years of healthcare experience, with at least three years in a leadership role.
  • Experience working in a for-profit hospital is strongly preferred.
  • Previous leadership, program development, budgeting, and productivity experience is required.
  • Strong human relations and interpersonal skills are essential.
Education and Licensure
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
  • MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA is strongly preferred.
  • Current NM RN license is required by date of hire.
Certifications
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
