Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Service Representative to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes - San Jose- Willow Glen. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and selling our delicious cakes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet guests with a smile, determine their interests and needs, and provide personalized service to create a memorable experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain strong knowledge of our cake offerings, including flavors, sizes, and pricing, to educate guests and make recommendations.
  • Order Processing: Process guest orders efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system, and invite guests to join our email club for special promotions.
  • Bakery Maintenance: Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, including routine cleaning and restocking of merchandise and cake display cases.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed, and maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
