You'll create a relaxed destination for our guests, genuinely greeting them with a friendly smile and providing world-class service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create a welcoming environment for guests
* Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations
* Collaborate with your team to achieve sales and service goals
* Participate in store-related meetings and contribute to the success of the business
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of guest and sales experience
* A "get things done" mindset
* Ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
* High School diploma or GED
**Physical Requirements:**
* Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently
* Bending, stooping, and kneeling required frequently
* Climbing ladders occasionally
* Routine standing for up to 8 hours
**Pay Range:** $17.00 - $21.00 hourly
