Position Overview

Elite Dental Partners is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome patients as they arrive at the practice.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary documentation.
  • Manage patient appointment scheduling in accordance with clinician guidelines.
  • Prepare patient files and daily schedules for the dental team.
  • Update patient records and document recent treatment activities as required.
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments and send reminders to patients.
  • Engage with medical and dental insurance providers to clarify patient benefits.
  • Verify and collect co-payments from patients.
  • Comfortably explain and arrange financial plans for patients, including third-party financing options.
  • Handle nightly deposits and manage credit card transactions.
  • Perform general office tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.
  • Serve as the acting supervisor in the absence of the Office Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional patient satisfaction.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a dental or healthcare office setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dental management software, particularly Dentrix, is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology.

Physical Requirements:

  • Engage in general office activities as needed.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
