Assistant Manager for Front of House Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and oversee restaurant staff members.
- Recruit, nurture, and retain talented team members.
- Utilize reservation systems to manage guest bookings and wait times effectively.
- Ensure all staff possess valid food handler certifications.

- Functional Acumen: Possess the necessary skills and knowledge for effective job performance.
- 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with 3 years of knowledge in churrasco and churrascaria cuisine preferred.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management is a plus.
- Proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and personnel management.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (required).
- Familiarity with Aloha Point of Sale, Hotschedules, Workday, GuestBridge, and MenuLink is preferred.
The role involves frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds. A high level of endurance and mental acuity is essential for managing conflicts and navigating high-stress situations.
