Job Overview

MCC is seeking a skilled Flexographic Printing Press Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain flexographic printing presses to produce labels in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Monitor and control press conditions to ensure optimal print quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the presses are in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure products meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience as a printing press operator or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
