Job Title: Rewind Operator - Print Finishing Team Member
About the Role:
Smyth Companies LLC is seeking a skilled Rewind Operator to join our Print Finishing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining CEI Rewind machines in an efficient and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting completed labels for errors and defects
- Identifying areas for Lean improvement/modification
- Performing work based on finishing spec sheet and priorities assigned by the Lead Rewinder/Finishing Supervisor
- Preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation for assigned finishing tasks
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability finishing equipment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in the English language
- One or more years of related flexographic printing experience
