Executive Culinary Manager

At Thompson Buckhead, we're seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen leadership, you'll be responsible for managing a specific department and collaborating with our Executive Chef and/or Executive Sous Chef to maintain exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement creative menu items that align with Hyatt brand standards
- Supervise the preparation and cooking of various food items, ensuring consistency and quality
- Manage hourly kitchen employees through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating, and hiring
- Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
- Monitor food production, ordering, cost, and quality on a daily basis
- Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment
