About the Role

The Sous Chef is a key member of our culinary team at Thompson Buckhead, responsible for managing a specific department and working closely with the Executive Chef and/or Executive Sous Chef to maintain high-quality standards.

As a Sous Chef, you will be expected to take on additional responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily functions of the culinary department, providing support and guidance to the culinary team
  • Implement and maintain quality standards, working closely with the Executive Chef and/or Executive Sous Chef
  • Develop and execute menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients and supplies
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty
