Job Title: Insurance Call Center Director

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Call Center Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing customer service strategies, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in insurance customer service, with a focus on property and casualty insurance
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team of customer service representatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
