Project Development Manager

Centurion Selection is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our multifamily, condo, and mixed-use projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Serve as the primary liaison between the owner, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
- Budget Management: Monitor project costs, provide regular reports, and make recommendations to the owner to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Schedule Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of construction activities.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to uphold project standards and specifications, conducting site inspections and addressing any deviations from plans.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Contract Administration: Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring terms align with project goals and objectives.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication among project team members, resolving conflicts, and promoting collaboration to achieve project success.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and change orders, to support project transparency and accountability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to address concerns, provide updates, and foster positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise during construction, applying strategic thinking and resourcefulness to keep the project on track.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on GC experience.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
