Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple high-rise multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use construction initiatives from start to finish, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to promote business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead business development initiatives, utilizing existing networks and identifying new opportunities for expansion.
  • Assume full P&L responsibility for the region, ensuring financial objectives are met and surpassed.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Review and approve project estimates, making strategic decisions that benefit the organization.
  • Provide mentorship and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Act as a representative of the company in the local market, enhancing its reputation and visibility.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of project management experience, focusing on high-rise multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use construction projects valued at over $100 million.
  • Strong skills in business development with a proven ability to cultivate and sustain relationships and opportunities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the South Florida market with established industry connections.
  • Proven track record of driving business success and growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management capabilities, with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Experience in P&L management with strong business acumen and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building and maintaining robust relationships.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Relevant project management certifications are advantageous.
